DAY ON BAY
Day on Bay is the Ivey Real Estate Club’s flagship event, offering students a full day of exposure to Toronto’s commercial real estate industry. The event features a group bus trip from Ivey to Toronto, where members visit leading real estate firms, participate in a panel discussion with senior professionals, and conclude the day with a networking reception. This experience provides students with meaningful connections and firsthand insights into careers in real estate.
REAL ESTATE PANELS
The Ivey Real Estate Club hosts a series of panel discussions featuring professionals from across the commercial real estate industry. IREC SOCIALS

NYC & LONDON TRIP
The NYC & London Firm Trips offer Ivey Real Estate Club members a unique opportunity to explore global real estate markets and connect with industry professionals abroad. These multi‑day trips include visits to leading firms, networking sessions with Ivey alumni, and discussions with experts on international market trends. Designed to broaden students’ perspectives, these experiences provide valuable insights into real estate beyond the Canadian market.
CASE COMPETITIONS
The Ivey Real Estate Club hosts case competitions and supports members in competing at events across Canada and internationally. Examples include Expand Your Empire (University of Toronto), URECC (University of Guelph), the Cornell International Real Estate Case Competition.
